Aeros Roster Move

Akron RubberDucks News Release
The Aeros made a roster move today, receiving RHP Steven Wright from Class A Mahoning Valley and RHP Jeanmar Gomez from Class A Kinston.
Wright was transferred to Mahoning Valley to make room for now-departed reliever Paolo Espino when the Aeros were short-handed in the bullpen over the weekend. Gomez returned to Kinston to begin this season and was 2-2 with a 2.63 ERA. He allowed only five walks in 24.0 innings and held Carolina League hitters to a .202 batting average against him. Gomez will take Wright's spot in the rotation and make his Eastern League debut tomorrow morning in the series finale.
