
Aeros and Baysox Suspended in Finale

BOWIE, MD - Sunday's game between Akron and Bowie was suspended in the top of the third inning and will be resumed Friday, May 2nd at 6:05 p.m. in Bowie.
The Aeros led the Baysox 5-1 with a runner at first and one man out in the top of the third inning when the decision was made to suspend the game. All five Akron runs scored in the top of the second, highlighted by Ryan Goleski's two-run triple.
The road trip continues for Akron Monday evening in Altoona, with first pitch set for 6:35 p.m. at Blair County Ballpark. Left-hander David Huff (0-1, 4.61 ERA) is expected to start for the Aeros while Altoona is slated to send Derek Hankins (0-1, 2.25 ERA).
