Admirals Welcome Billy Currington Friday Night
February 26, 2015 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Milwaukee Admirals News Release
Milwaukee, WI--This Friday, February 27th country music star Billy Currington will perform in a post-game concert for FM106/Coors Light Country Music Night II after the Admirals take on the Grand Rapids Griffins at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.
The concert is free to attend with a game ticket. On-ice passes, which allow for exclusive access to the concert from the ice directly in front of the stage, are still available to purchase for $20 in addition to your game ticket.
Billy Currington has come a long way from working construction and living in a tiny attic apartment during his early days in Nashville. In the decade since he made his debut with the top ten hit "Walk a Little Straighter," the Georgia native has parlayed his rich, emotion-laden tenor and unerring song sense into some of the country format's most memorable hits, including such No. 1s as "Hey Girl, "Good Directions," "Must Be Doin' Something Right" and "People Are Crazy."
Also, the first 2,500 fans will take home Brewers/Admirals fleece headbands, courtesy of the Milwaukee Brewers!
Fans can purchase tickets for February 27, or any Admirals game, by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or online by clicking here. Groups of ten or more receive a discount off the face value of the tickets. For more information or to book a group fans should call the Admirals office at (414) 227-0550.
