
Admirals Release D Ethan Graham From Tryout

NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk Admirals have released defenseman Ethan Graham from his Professional Tryout Contract (PTO).
Graham, a 6-foot-2, 190-pound defenseman from Xenia, Ohio, appeared in 16 games for the Admirals after being signed to a PTO on November 6. He registered one goal and four points with 15 penalty minutes for Norfolk. Prior to joining the Admirals, Graham had appeared in six games with the ECHL's Charlotte Checkers with one goal and four points.
Graham has appeared in 90 career American Hockey League contests between the Admirals, Hartford Wolf Pack and the Iowa Stars, recording two goals and ten points with 69 penalty minutes. He split last season between the Checkers and Wolf Pack, recording one assist and 18 penalty minutes in 27 games to begin the campaign with Hartford.
The third-year pro has appeared in 50 career ECHL games between Charlotte and the Idaho Steelheads, scoring six goals and 26 points with 41 penalty minutes.
In 162 collegiate games with the Michigan State University Spartans, Graham recorded 11 goals and 50 points. He won a NCAA Championship with the Spartans in 2007 and was named the team's Most Outstanding Defenseman that season.
The next home action for the Admirals will be a pair of games against the Syracuse Crunch on Friday and Saturday, January 8-9. Friday is All Faith Night with special discounted group tickets available for organizations of all faiths.
