January 16, 2008 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Milwaukee Admirals News Release
Milwaukee, WI-- The Milwaukee Admirals and Weight Watchers President's Club has announced an exciting new incentive for members to win a great trip just by attending meetings during the 2007-08 season.
Interested men and women who are current members of the President's Club or who would like to join will be eligible to win a trip for two to the beautiful Riu Caribe all-inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico, courtesy of Funjet Vacations simply by attending four consecutive Weight Watchers meetings at the Bradley Center.
"Our group has had a lot of fun learning how to lose weight and eat better," said Admirals President Jon Greenberg. "The group has lost 322 pounds already and we'd love to have more new members as well as offer a great prize just for coming to the meetings. The Riu Caribe resort will be a fantastic place to show off their weight loss."
The President's Club, led by Greenberg, began in mid-September, 2007 and is a season-long program to learn how to lose weight and understand how to eat better. Each Wednesday at Noon, the Admirals hold a Weight Watchers meeting at the Bradley Center lead by a Weight Watchers Leader. Fans will be able to have a private weigh-in and learn helpful tips about losing weight and developing a healthy lifestyle in a 30-minute meeting. There are also Weight Watchers meetings at the Bradley Center on the evening of select Admirals home games beginning at 6 pm, including this Friday's game (Jan. 18) outside of section 204. The remainder of the regular season dates for meetings are listed on the Admirals website at www.milwaukeeadmirals.com. All Admirals Fans receive FREE registration, a $20 value and regular meeting prices apply.
