Belleville Senators News Release
The Belleville Senators are excited to announce additional details for its first ever Fan Fest, taking place later this month.
All proceeds from Fan Fest will be donated to the Trenton Military Family Resource Centre (MRFC). The MFRC is dedicated to supporting, enriching and enhancing the lives of military families.
"We are really proud to team up with the Military Family Resource Centre to donate all proceeds from our Fan Fest to their cause," said Belleville Senators COO Rob Mullowney. "The Fan Fest really is a community centered event so to be able to support Military families with the proceeds is a win-win for everyone."
In addition, new activities for Fan Fest, which takes place from 12pm-3pm on March 18 at the Yardmen Arena, have been announced. There will be an electronic net for fans to shoot at, a radar to test how hard your shot is as well as a goalie challenge. Furthermore, there will be a stick-handling challenge and a 'You Make the Call' booth where fans can provide their own commentary over some historic NHL moments. Belleville Senators players will be on hand at each station to interact and engage with fans.
The Coke Hug Machine will also be on a hand where a simple hug gives a fan a free bottle of coke along with dedicated player autograph stations.
Fan Fest will provide fans with the opportunity to meet the entire Belleville Senators team including players and coaching staff as well as play games with members of the team.
Fans will also be able to play interactive games and win special Sens prizes that include a signed Erik Karlsson jersey, a Gabriel Gagne AHL All-Star Challenge Jersey and game-worn Belleville Senators jerseys. Other items confirmed to date include a team signed Laval Rocket jersey, Toronto Marlies Jersey, game worn San Diego Gulls Jersey, game used sticks from the Ottawa Senators' Mark Borowiecki, Cody Ceci and Fredrik Claesson as well as a chance to view the Belleville Senators team dressing room.
There will also be a special merchandise sale that will include game-used equipment. The Yardmen Arena will also be open for food and beverage options.
A single ticket costs $5 plus applicable fees and taxes while a pack of four tickets costs $10 plus applicable fees and taxes. Seating is general admission.
Tickets are available or through the Senators' Box Office.
