
Adam Plant Recalled to AHL Laval

PORTLAND, ME - Defenseman Adam Plant was recalled to the AHL's Laval Rocket on Wednesday. Plant played four games for the Mariners with no points, two penalty minutes, and four shots on goal. He had been assigned to Maine on December 10th and is under contract with Laval.
Plant has played nine games with the Rocket this season, plus seven last year after graduating from the University of Denver. He was an alternate captain at Denver his senior year and won a National Championship the prior season (2016-17). Mostly a stay-at-home defenseman, Plant put up 42 points (12 goals, 30 assists) in 154 career collegiate games. The 23-year-old is a native of Penticton, B.C..
The Mariners play their final game before Christmas on Saturday night in Manchester at 6:00 PM. They return home after the holidays on Thursday, December 27th at 7:00 PM. They also host Worcester on Friday, December 28th at 7:15 PM for a 1-2-3 Friday, Nickelodeon Takeover Night, and First Responders Night.
