
Adam Henrique The Precision Jewellers and Windsor Spitfires Player of the Month for December

(Windsor) Spitfires centre Adam Henrique is the Precision Jewellers and Windsor Spitfires Player of the Month for December as selected by the team's coaching staff. In 10 games played during the month, Henrique scored five goals and added ten assists for 15 points as well as a plus-10 plus/minus rating. He recorded points in eight of the Spitfires' ten games during the month, including five consecutive multi-point games from December 13 - 19.
The 18 year-old native of Burford, Ontario was selected by the New Jersey Devils in the third round, 82nd overall at the 2008 NHL Entry Draft in Ottawa. Henrique is currently tied for tenth in the OHL Scoring Race with 44 points in 34 games.
Henrique will receive a special gift, courtesy of Dan Thomas from Precision Jewellers prior to the commencement of a Spitfires game for his outstanding performance in December.
