
67's Lose to Bulls in Belleville

A late charge by the Bulls lead to the Ottawa 67's dropping a 4-1 decision to Belleville in Ontario Hockey League action Saturday night.
The game remained close after two periods with each team netting a goal in each period respectively. Belleville opened the scoring in the first with centre David Tomasek managing one past Ottawa netminder Leo Lazarev after almost 9 minutes of play.
Ottawa matched the score in the second period after bluliner Alex Lintuniemi netted the 67's only goal of the night making it 1-1 after two periods.
A late game push by the Bulls gave them three goals in the final period. Centreman Niki Petti scored Belleville's second goal of the night about half way through the third. Winger Brett Welychka and centre Jake Marchement added a goal each late in the game to make the score 4-1 at the final buzzer.
The 67's are back in action on Wednesday night as they travel to Kingston to face the Frontnacs with puck drop scheduled for 7:00pm.
