2012-2013 Season Schedule Announced

Lethbridge, AB - The Lethbridge Hurricanes announced the team's schedule for the 2012-2013 Wednesday afternoon. The Hurricanes will open up the regular season at home on Friday, September 21st against Medicine Hat in what will be the first of a home and home series against the division rivals. The Hurricanes and Tigers will also close out the regular season in a home and home series with the final regular season game being played on Friday March 15th before playoffs start one week later.

The Hurricanes will play the Tigers eight times this season while playing Calgary, Red Deer and Edmonton six times each.

The Hurricanes will be home for nine games in the month of October and this year will make a pair of road trips to the U.S. They'll visit Tri-City and Spokane in October and then in January will play Portland, Everett and Seattle.

As announced earlier this month, the Lethbridge Hurricanes kick off the 2012 Exhibition season on Wednesday, September 5th when they hit the highway to play the Calgary Hitmen at 7:00 pm in Taber. The Hurricanes will be at home on Wednesday, September 12th when they welcome the Tigers to the ENMAX Centre for a 7:00pm game. The Hurricanes then close out their exhibition schedule with a pair of games in the Crowsnest Pass on September 14th and 15th.
