Jupiter Hammerheads Announce Mike Jacobs as Manager for 2020 Season

January 29, 2020 - The Jupiter Hammerheads have announced Mike Jacobs will be the manager for the upcoming 2020 Florida State League season. The 39-year-old played seven seasons in the Major Leagues for the Mets, Marlins, Royals, and Diamondbacks. The former first baseman was drafted in the 38th round of the 1999 MLB Draft by the Mets out of Grossmont College. January 21, 2020 - On Tuesday morning, it was announced that 11 former Jupiter Hammerheads, including nine from the 2019 roster, were invited to Major League Spring Training camp with the Miami Marlins. Luken Baker Wins Florida State League Player of the Month

September 4, 2019 - Palm Beach Cardinals infielder Luken Baker was named Florida State League Player of the Month for his outstanding offensive performance in August. He is the second Palm Beach player to earn the accolade with outfielder Justin Toerner winning Player of the Month for April. August 29, 2019 - In what turned out to be the final game of the 2019 season, the Jupiter Hammerheads took a tough 7-1 loss to the Tampa Tarpons. Dustin Beggs struggled on the mound, giving up seven runs to Tampa, six of which were earned, in his 5.1 inning start. The Tarpons recorded eleven of their thirteen hits off Beggs.
