Stampede Weekly Update: Herd Host Fargo Friday & Sunday

January 12, 2017 - The Stampede (13-13-3) return to actions this weekend with three games in three days. It starts on Friday when they host the Fargo Force (17-11-2) at 7:05 PM. The Herd will then travel to Des Moines to face the Buccaneers (17-9-3) at Buccaneer Arena at 7:05 PM. January 10, 2017 - Sioux Falls, SD-A record crowd of 8,133 fans watched Team West blank Team East 4-0 at the 2017 USHL/NHL Top Prospects Game Tuesday night at the PREMIER Center. It was the largest crowd ever to attend a USHL/NHL Top Prospects Game. Stampede Earn Standings Point in Bloomington

January 7, 2017 - Bloomington, IL-The Sioux Falls Stampede held leads of 3-0 and 4-2, but watched the Bloomington Thunder rally to tie and edge the Herd in an eight round shootout Saturday night at U.S. Cellular Coliseum, 5-4. The Stampede earned a point in the game and took three of a possible four points on the weekend. January 7, 2017 - Cedar Rapids, IA-Three first period goals proved to be enough for the Sioux Falls Stampede who held off the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders, 3-2, Friday night at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena. The win moved the Stampede to .500 on the season (13-13-2) and moved them into sixth place in the Western Conference.
