August 25, 2025 - KINGSPORT, TN - The Kingsport Axmen announced that season tickets for their 2026 baseball season are now on sale. Reserved seating for all 24 Kingsport Axmen home games at Hunter Wright Stadium is $170.
The team is introducing a new 10 game flex plan which offers fans tickets to any 10 games of their choice for just $65.
Fans wanting to become new season ticket holders can view available seating options by scheduling an appointment with Makenzy Tester at mtester@axmenbaseball.com.

August 13, 2025 - CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The Appalachian League announced that Kingsport's Rick Adair was named the 2025 Manager of the Year.
"Rick did a great job this year, as did the entire Kingsport staff," Appy League executive director Brian Graham said. "The Axmen led the league in offense and pitching, and had the best record in the Appy League. Most importantly, the players benefited from a tremendous development experience."

July 27, 2025 - JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. - Kingsport and Bristol were locked into a doubleheader Saturday, with Game 1 being a continuation of a contest that was suspended on June 27, and Game 2 a standard nightcap of a doubleheader. Kingsport won the first contest, 16-14, and the second game, 4-0.
Game 1 resumed in the bottom of the fifth inning tied at 12-12, with Bristol placing Cooper Poe on the mound.

July 24, 2025 - BLUEFIELD, WV - The Axmen are bound for the west division championship after their 14-3 victory over the Ridge Runners.
Kingsport struck first, putting up three runs in the first frame. The Axmen added another run off a wild pitch to take a 4-0 lead entering the bottom of the fourth.
Bluefield answered back after Ryan Niedzwiedz single put the first run on the board. Although they weren't done yet as they tacked one more run on with a single from Josh Hines.
