Cincinnati Jungle Kats News Release

CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Cincinnati Jungle Kats will once again bid for their second victory of 2007 as they return home this week to take on the Manchester Wolves this Saturday night at 7:30pm from U.S. Bank Arena. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a limited edition Ken Griffey Jr. Bobblehead Doll, displaying the future hall-of-famer donned in a Jungle Kats uniform.

The Wolves are very much in the hunt for a playoff spot, but it will be a fight to the finish in the Eastern Division. The 6-6 Wolves hold a slim 1 game advantage over both Albany and Mahoning Valley with games against undefeated Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and Albany still remaining. The top 2 teams in each division are awarded a playoff spot.

For the Kats to earn a victory this week, they will need to find a way to thwart a heavy pass rush. The Wolves have a dangerous "D", led by Allistair Sebastian; Sebastian leads the Wolves and ranks seventh in af2 with 71.5 tackles while teammate Maurice Fountain has an af2 fifth best 8.5 sacks and 11.5 tackles for loss.

Plenty of great tickets for the game are available by calling 513.381.TURF or online at www.JungleKatsFootball.com. Fans can hear all the action of Friday's game on 1530 HOMER - The Sports Animal beginning at 7:15pm or watch the game live via the B2 Network at www.JungleKatsFootball.com.
