HOUSTON - The Texas Copperheads Arena Football Team is proud to announce new partnerships with three restaurants in the Cypress area - Snapper Jack's Seafood and Grill, Romero's Las Brazas and Romero's Italian Grill.
Fans will soon have an opportunity to eat alongside Copperheads players and the Texas Charmers Dance Team at Snapper Jack's Seafood and Grill, 8125 Jones Road in Jersey Village, from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, July 23. All diners purchasing a full-priced entree during that time frame will receive a free ticket voucher to any future Copperheads home game in 2007 or 2008. Door prizes, autographs, and photo opportunities will also be available on the night of the event.
Copperheads GM Gary Saunders said, "I am extremely pleased that our area restaurants continue to show their commitment and compassion for our team. I know I speak for the coaches and players when I say how thankful we are for the strong contributions of these local eateries. We look forward to long term, mutually beneficial relationships with all our current restaurant partners. They are essential to the success of our operation."
Romero's Las Brazas and Romero's Italian Grill have also stepped up to provide pre-game meals to the Texas Copperheads before its final two home games of the team's Inaugural af2 season. Fans are invited to meet the players and coaches at Romero's Italian Grill, 11734 Barker Cypress Road, at 3 p.m. July 21 and at Romero's Las Brazas, 15703 Longenbaugh Drive, at 3 p.m. July 28. Texas Copperheads players and coaches will also be available for autographs and photo opportunities. The Copperheads will also hold a dinner to meet the team at 7 p.m. July 17 at EJ's Neighborhood Pizzeria and Italian Eatery, 12312 Barker Cypress Road.
