BAKERSFIELD, CA - The Bakersfield Jam (13-19) defeated the Rio Grande Valley Vipers (15-14) 117-107 Thursday night at the Dignity Health Event Center. Terrico White had a game-high 31 points on 12-of-22 shooting, to go along with five rebounds.
White paced the Jam in the opening period as he scored 10 points on 4-of-7 shooting, and helped Bakersfield take a 29-25 lead after one quarter of play. White continued his hot shooting in the second period, putting up 12 points (5/6 FGs) in the quarter alone. The Jam shot 65.0 percent from the field in the second frame, compared to the Vipers' 34.6 percent, and went into the half with a 61-51 advantage.
