February 5, 2016 - NBA G League (G League)
Cleveland Charge News Release
Canton Charge G Quinn Cook has been named a 2016 NBA Development League All-Star, with the festivities taking place in Toronto on February 13th. He replaces the injured DeAndre Liggins for the Eastern Conference.
"From day one when he came to the Cavs in Summer League on, Quinn has come in and shown a true desire to work hard and get better," said Charge General Manager Mike Gansey. "We are proud to have three of our talented guys representing Canton in Toronto and being recognized for both their effort and skill."
Cook has played in all 28 games for the Charge this season (24 starts) and is averaging a team-best 19.6 points per game on .456 shooting with 3.2 rebounds, 4.7 assists, and 1.4 steals in 34.9 minutes per game. He has three games of 30+ points scored this season and 12 of 20+ points. In January, he averaged 21.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.9 assists, and 1.7 assists in 11 games (all starts). Cook has also helped Canton win 10 of their last 12 games, including victories in eight of the last nine road games.
