Loons App Now Available for Iphone

MIDLAND, Mich. - On May 31, the Great Lakes Loons announced the launch of their Android app and today, June 9, the team is pleased to announce the completion and release of the official Great Lakes Loons iPhone app. The app is free to download and is available now at both the Android and iPhone app stores.

The Loons Smartphone app allows fans yet another way to stay connected with all the latest Loons news and happenings. Fans will be able to buy tickets, check out the Loons roster, track stats, browse upcoming promotions and much, much more...all from their Smartphone.

"The Loons are very excited to present this free app to Loons fans. We're constantly looking for new, innovative ways to keep our fans informed of the latest news about the ballclub and the organization," Loons Vice President of Marketing and Entertainment, Chris Mundhenk, said. "The app will also act as a great resource for fans attending our games - with info on the ballpark, a game center feature with up-to-date stats and roster info, and more."

The Loons are one of only a handful of Minor League Baseball teams to have their own Smartphone app.
