
Redbirds Searching for Memphis' Top Bachelor

The Memphis Redbirds will be hosting the first KRAFT Singles Night at AutoZone Park on Tuesday, August 31 during their last homestand of the regular season. The first 1,500 fans through the gates will receive a KRAFT Singles t-shirt. The Redbirds will be hosting their first ever bachelor auction, with the team providing a date for the winning couple. Interested bachelors, age 18 and up, should e-mail their bio, a picture and contact information to leigh.eisenberg@memphisredbirds.com. Fans who mention the name of the bachelor at the box office will receive a discounted ticket in section 121. That night will also feature an auction for a date with one of the Redbirds' Redhots.
Fans that purchase a ticket in Section 121 will have a chance to take part in a singles mingle and watch batting practice.
The Redbirds start an 8-game homestand tonight, July 19th against the Omaha Royals. Below are the promotions occurring this homestand:
Monday, July 19th - Moe's Monday - Bring a Moe's receipt from the Poplar location and receive $1 off the gameday ticket price. Also, if the Redbirds strikeout 10 Royals tonight, fans can use their ticket as a Buy One Entrée, Get One Free coupon at the Poplar Moe's location.
Tuesday, July 20th - Kroger Strike Out Hunger - Donate five canned goods and receive a free bluff ticket for the game. Fans can also bring their KRAFT Singles wrappers for a buy one ticket, get one free offer.
Wednesday, July 21st - Mona Spa Ladies Night - $28 for a club level ticket, food entrée and a beverage (beer, wine or soft drink) along with a $20 gift certificate to Mona Spa.
Thursday, July 22nd - Mug Club - $30 for a club level ticket, exclusive Redbirds mug, 2 vouchers for Coors Light, discounted beers after the vouchers and discounted beers at Kooky Canuck and B.B. King Blues Club after the game.
Friday, July 23rd - Post-game fireworks courtesy of Strayer University. First 2,000 fans through the gates will receive prism fireworks glasses courtesy of Golf & Games.
Saturday, July 24th - Tour de Bird - Ride your bike to AutoZone Park for the game, courtesy of Outdoors, Inc. for more information about the route, visit memphisredbirds.com. WKNO characters Mr. Chuck, Word Girl and Clifford the Big Red Dog will greet fans as they enter. After the game, WKNO will be showing a sneak preview of Ken Burns' newest baseball documentary, "The 10th Inning". Game time 6:05pm.
Sunday, July 25th - Rockey's Birthday - First 1,500 kids 14 & under will receive a Redbirds Dinette Set courtesy of US Foods and Service. Special 6:05pm start time.
