December 26, 2025 - YOUNGSTOWN, OH - The Youngstown Phantoms have signed free agent forward Richard Žemlička. He is expected to report to the Phantoms after completing his commitment with Team Czechia at the 2026 IIHF World Junior Championship in Minneapolis. Žemlička, a 6-foot-3, 205-pound left-shot 2006-born forward from Praha, Czechia, began the 2025-26 season with the SaiPa U20 program in Finland. December 13, 2025 - YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO - After going more than seven periods without a goal, the Youngstown Phantoms (19-7-1-1, 40pts) scored twice in the opening four minutes and never looked back as they downed the Omaha Lancers 4-1 Saturday night at the Covelli Centre. Lancers Blank Phantoms, 4-0

December 12, 2025 - YOUNGSTOWN, OH - The Youngstown Phantoms (18-7-1-1, 38pts) saw their seven-game winning streak snapped as they fell to the Omaha Lancers 4-0 at the Covelli Centre Friday night. Youngstown had a 42-19 shot advantage on the night, but the Lancers kept the Phantoms out of the high danger scoring areas, helping Nils Maurins earn his second shutout on the season. Trejbal, Butkovskiy Lift Phantoms to 1-0 Shootout Win Over Team USA

December 6, 2025 - YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO - Playing their third game in less than 48 hours, the Youngstown Phantoms (18-6-1-1, 38pts) got 20 saves from Tobias Trejbal and a shootout goal from Matti Butkovskiy as they downed Team USA 1-0 Saturday night at the Covelli Centre.
