June 30, 2026 - PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - The Tampa Tarpons shut out the St. Lucie Mets 6-0 in the series opener between the teams on Tuesday night at Clover Park. The Tarpons have won four in a row and six out of seven. The Mets have lost five in a row and six out of seven.
Four Tarpons pitchers combined to limit the Mets to three hits. The foursome of starter Justin West and relievers Jose Rodriguez, Parker Seay and Pedro Rodriguez did not walk a batter and struck out 11. West pitched 5.1 innings to get the win.

The series will feature the Mets annual mega fireworks celebration on Friday, July 3rd with the best pre-Independence Day fireworks extravaganza on the Treasure Coast.
First pitch for games Tuesday-Friday is 6:10 p.m. Saturday is a special 2:50 p.m. start time. Sunday's finale is 12:10 p.m.

June 28, 2026 - FORT MYERS, Fla. - The Fort Myers Mighty Mussels held off a furious ninth inning rally by the St. Lucie Mets to win Sunday's series finale 6-5 at Hammond Stadium. The Mussels won the series 4-1.
The Mets entered the ninth inning trailing 6-3. They quickly loaded the bases against reliver Jonathan Stevens on a single by Chase Meggers, a hit-by-pitch by Taylor Darden and a walk by Jeremy Rodriguez.
Stevens struck out Jackson Hauge for the first out but Trey Snyder followed with a two-run single to make it 6-5.

The game will be made up as part of single admission doubleheader during the July 21-26 series between the teams at Clover Park. The exact date and time will be announced soon.
