Willhoite, Aracena Named to FSL All Star Team

September 16, 2025 - PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - Minor League Baseball today announced the All-Star team for the Florida State League. Representing the St. Lucie Mets are first baseman Trace Willhoite and starting pitcher Wellington Aracena. Willhoite played in 85 games for the Mets, slashing .265/.382/.470 with a .852 OPS. He belted 14 home runs, 13 doubles and produced 66 RBI. Willhoite led the FSL in homers and RBI at the time of his promotion to the High-A Brooklyn Cyclones on August 11th. Tortugas Advance to FSL Finals with 2-0 Win over Mets

September 12, 2025 - PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - The Daytona Tortugas completed a series comeback with a 2-0 victory over the St. Lucie Mets in the deciding game 3 of the Florida State League East Division playoff on Friday night at Clover Park. Daytona will now advance to the best-of-three FSL Championship Series against the Lakeland Flying Tigers on Sunday. Tortugas Even Playoff Series with 7-2 Win over Mets

September 11, 2025 - PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - The Daytona Tortugas evened the Florida State League East Divisional playoff series 1-1 with a 7-2 victory over the St. Lucie Mets in game 2 on Thursday at Clover Park. Mets, Tortugas Postponed on Tuesday

September 9, 2025 - DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Game 1 of the Florida State League East Divisional Series has been postponed due to inclement weather at Jackie Robinson Ballpark. The game will be made up on Wednesday at 6:35 p.m. in Daytona. Game 2 will be at Clover Park on Thursday at 6:10 p.m. Fans can enjoy $2 select beer, hot dogs, soda and popcorn.
