December 12, 2025 - INDEPENDENCE, MO - The Kansas City Comets ended a home game against the Milwaukee Wave on the losing end first time in more than five years, falling to their rival 9-6 on Friday evening at Cable Dahmer Arena. A 7-1 run from the Wave, which began in the second quarter and ended early in the fourth, proved to be insurmountable for the Comets after going four goals behind in the final frame. Comets Renew Rivalry with Milwaukee

December 11, 2025 - The Kansas City Comets and Milwaukee Wave will renew their rivalry for the first time this season on Friday night on Silverstein Eye Centers Field. Marques Late-Game Surge Sparks Comets OT Win

December 7, 2025 - UTICA, NY - The Kansas City Comets left the home crowd stunned inside Adirondack Bank Center after running out with an 8-7 overtime win on Sunday afternoon. A late-game tear from Rian Marques completed the comeback victory, scoring his third of the night 24 seconds into overtime despite being short-handed. Goalkeeper Phillip Ejimadu supplied the game-winning assist, tossing the ball deep to find Marques coming off the bench to get on the end of it as he smashed it with his right foot beyond the goalkeeper.
