Zolnierczyk Joins Gulls

SAN DIEGO - The San Diego Gulls announced today that left wing Harry Zolnierczyk has been reassigned to the Gulls by the Anaheim Ducks, San Diego's National Hockey League affiliate.

Zolnierczyk, 28 (9/1/87), was recalled by Anaheim on Nov. 6 but did not appear in last night's game vs. Columbus. The 5-11, 180-pound left wing has appeared in eight games with San Diego this season, collecting 1-2=3 points with 21 penalty minutes (PIM). Zolnierczyk currently ranks tied for second among team leaders in power-play goals (PPG) and shots on net (23), and third in PIM. A native of Toronto, Ontario, Zolnierczyk was an alternate captain for three games (Oct. 24, 30 & 31) with the Gulls this season.
