Yeo Recalled to Hershey

North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays announced today that defenseman Dylan Yeo has been called up to the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League.

Yeo, 24, appeared in two games this season with the Stingrays scoring no points and four penalty minutes. During the 2009-10 campaign, the Prince Albert, SK native netted 14 goals and 16 assists for 30 points in 49 Stingrays games and skated in all five playoff contests tallying two points (1g, 1a). Yeo appeared in four regular season games and two postseason matches last season with the Bears recording one assist.

The Stingrays continue their five-game road trip on Friday, October 29 against the Road Warriors at 7:05 p.m. at the Bi-Lo Center. Opening Weekend is set for Friday, November 5, Saturday, November 6 and Sunday, November 7 against the Florida Everblades at 7:05 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. at North Charleston Coliseum.
