Wranglers Edged By Falcons 2-1 In Overtime

Las Vegas, NV – The Las Vegas Wranglers were defeated by the Fresno Falcons 2-1 in overtime in front of 5,575 fans Friday night. Wranglers' goaltender Marc Magliarditi made 50 saves in the losing effort. Forward Dan Tudin scored the only goal for Las Vegas. Fresno Wingers Terry Marchant and Derek Krestanovich each scored a goal for the Falcons in the win. Krestanovich's game-winning goal came just 1:49 into overtime on the power play. The Wranglers now head to San Diego to face the Gulls this Saturday and Sunday.

In the second period, the Las Vegas Wranglers took a 1-0 lead on a goal by Dan Tudin with one minute left in the period.

In the third period, the Fresno Falcons tied the game at 1-1 on the power play as Terry Marchant scored his 13th goal of the season.

In overtime, Falcons' rookie Derek Krestanovich scored a power-play goal for the game winner just 1:49 into the extra period.
