Wranglers Add Kraus

Las Vegas, NV- The Las Vegas Wranglers© announced that they have agreed to terms with center Tim Kraus.

Kraus, 24, joins the Wranglers after spending time with both the Ontario Reign and Victoria Salmon Kings this season. He skated in 16 games with the Reign, tallying six assists, before heading to Victoria where he notched 16 points (4g, 12a) in 31 games.

The 6-0, 185-pound center also spent the past two seasons with Ontario, appearing in a total of 143 regular season games and earning 101 points (31g, 70a). A native of Garden Grove, CA, Kraus also skated in seven postseason games with the Reign in 2008-09, contributing seven points (5g, 2a).

Wranglers GM/Head Coach Ryan Mougenel said of Kraus, "He's a gifted offensive player that is getting a great opportunity to play and help with our final playoff push."

The Wranglers head to Ontario to face the Reign tonight and tomorrow. Both games begin at 7:00 pm PST.

The Las Vegas Wranglers© are the ECHL affiliate to the National Hockey League's Phoenix Coyotes and the American Hockey League's San Antonio Rampage.

2010-11 prorated season seat packages are on sale now at (702) 471-PUCK. The Wranglers play all 36 regular season home games at the Orleans Arena, located adjacent to the Orleans Hotel and Casino at 4500 W. Tropicana Avenue.
