Wolves To Host High School Journalists Tuesday

The Chicago Wolves will host their fourth annual Future Journalists Media Day for high school students at the Hoffman Estates Community Center and Ice Arena during the team's practice on Tue., Nov. 17, at 9:00 a.m.

Guest speakers for the event will include FOX News Chicago Weekend Sports Anchor and Sports Reporter JILL CARLSON, ESPNChicago.com columnist MELISSA ISAACSON, Daily Herald Sports Editor TOM QUINLAN and ESPN 1000 Radio Host HARRY TEINOWITZ. The four will discuss their experiences making a career in sports journalism and answer questions from the students.

In addition to the Q&A with the speakers, the students will have the chance to watch practice and interview Wolves coaches and players.

"We were thrilled with the feedback we have received from this event over the last few years," said Wolves Vice President of Operations Courtney Mahoney. "We are particularly excited to welcome some new speakers this year and are looking forward to hearing their advice to the students."
