Hartford, February 13, 2004 - Call it lucky Friday the 13th for Hartford Wolf Pack goaltender Jason LaBarbera. Tonight the 25 year-old recorded his tenth shutout of the season in a 4-0 win over the Philadelphia Phantoms.

He broke the record which was set back in 1942-43 by Buffalo's Gordie Bell, and matched in 2001-02 by Syracuse's Jean-Francois Labbe and then by LaBarbera less than a week ago in Springfield. LaBarbera also leads American Hockey League goalies with 20 wins.

The team now has 12 shutouts this season, one away from the AHL record of 13, set by Syracuse in 2001-2002.
