HAMILTON, ON - The Hamilton Bulldogs had their four unbeaten snapped on Friday night as they lost 3-2 to the Toronto Roadrunners in front 5,587 fans at Copps Coliseum.

The Bulldogs record now stands at 29 wins 16 losses, 7 ties and 2 overtime losses.

Scoring for the Bulldogs on Friday night were Ron Hainsey and Eero Somervuori.

The Roadrunners goals came from Bobby Allen, Tony Salmelainen and Joe Cullen.

In goal, Bulldogs goaltender Eric Fichaud made 27 saves on 30 shots. David Belitski earned the win for the Roadrunners as he stopped 24 of 26 shots on the night.

On the power play the Bulldogs scored once on five opportunities. Toronto converted two goals on six power plays.

The Roadrunners have now earned a record of 6 wins, 1 loss, 1 tie and 1 overtime loss.

The Eighth Annual 'TD Canada Trust Smiles On Ice Game' will take place on Sunday, February 15th at 4:00 p.m., when the Bulldogs host the Manitoba Moose at Copps Coliseum. Proceeds from the game will go to "Smiles On Ice" in support of McMaster Children's Hospital.
