LAKEWOOD N.J. - Veteran Phillies left-handed pitcher Randy Wolf will make a final stop at FirstEnergy Park before heading back to Philadelphia. Wolf is scheduled to pitch for the BlueClaws Tuesday night against the Augusta GreenJackets in a rehab start, his second start for Lakewood this season. Last Friday night, Wolf pitched for Double-A Reading throwing 95 pitches, allowing two earned runs on six hits.

Wolf made his last appearance for the BlueClaws against the West Virginia Power on July 11. The southpaw threw three innings in the BlueClaws' victory, facing nine batters, and allowing only two hits, one run while striking out two.

The Phillies plan on Wolf returning to the club on July 30 for a start against the Florida Marlins. It has been over a year since Wolf's last appearance in the Major Leagues. His last start for the Phillies came on June 11, 2005.

Tuesday's game is scheduled for a 7:05 start against the Augusta GreenJackets. This series with Augusta is a possible Championship preview with both clubs currently atop their divisions. The teams will play on Wednesday at 11:05 a.m. and Thursday at 7:05 before the Greenville Drive come to Lakewood for a four game series beginning Friday.

The BlueClaws are in first place in the Northern Division of the South Atlantic League. There are only 23 home games left during the 2006 season. Over 284,000 fans have already enjoyed BlueClaws baseball this year and over 2.5 million fans have spun the turnstiles in just under six seasons at FirstEnergy Park.
