
Winterhawks Reassign Jockims to SJHL

Portland, Ore. - The Portland Winterhawks Hockey Club today announced the reassignment of forward Braeden Jockims, 18, to the Nipawin Hawks of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL).
Jockims appeared in eight regular-season games this season, tallying one assist. The Saskatoon, Sask. native originally signed with Portland last year after producing 22 points in 27 games with the Saskatoon Contacts U18 AAA program. Jockims has scored one goal and two assists in 31 career games with the Winterhawks.
The move brings the Winterhawks' active roster to 24 players. Jockims maintains eligibility to return to the Winterhawks this season.
