
Winterhawks Fall 4-0 to Prince Albert

The Portland Winterhawks (1-5) fell 4-0 to the Prince Albert Raiders (5-2-0-1) Tuesday at the Moda Center.
Prince Albert opened the scoring at 16:53 of the first on a goal by Vojtech Budik, giving the Raiders a 1-0 lead they took into the second.
The Raiders took a 2-0 lead at 14:25 of the second when defenseman Brendan Guhle scored, in his first game of the season after being returned to Prince Albert by the NHL's Buffalo Sabres. They made it 3-0 at 18:33 on a power play goal by Tim Vanstone, a lead they took into the third.
The Raiders extended the lead to 4-0 at 10:11 on a goal by Dylan Stewart, which remained the final.
The Hawks are back in action Friday when they take on the Everett Silvertips in the first contest of the season at Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
