
Wings Stadium Gets Ready to Hoop it Up

Kalamazoo, MI- Wings Stadium, which is also home to "The Annex" and "The Cube", announces that they will host the Red Hacker Basketball Tournament tomorrow, Saturday, August 17th.
The Red Hacker Basketball Tournament is a 3 on 3 and a 4 on 4 basketball tournament for both youths and adults. Participants are divided by age divisions and play in a double elimination tournament.
All games this Saturday will be played in the North Parking Lot of Wings Stadium, with the first game beginning at 8 am. Final game of the one day tournament will be at approximately 6 PM.
While the tournament is full of participants, anyone can come to Wings Stadium for free and enjoy all the basketball action.
Stadium Management Company owns both the Kalamazoo Wings hockey team and the Wings Stadium Complex, which is comprised of three main buildings. Wings Stadium seats more than 5,100 fans for K-Wings home games and more than 8,000 people for concerts and other stage events. The Annex seats 1,367 for ice events and 2,850 for non-ice events such as car, boat, and trade shows. The Cube is a smaller facility that plays host to both ice and non-ice events. All three buildings are available for rental and feature numerous catering and meeting opportunities.
