November 8, 2013 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Aberdeen Wings News Release

The Aberdeen Wings were in action Friday night against the Minnesota Wilderness. The Wings battled but would come up on the losing end 3-0.

The first period would end scoreless as both teams were very physical and effective on getting the puck to the net, but Aberdeen's goaltender #30 Henry Dill (G-Columbus, OH) and Minnesota's goaltender #33 Kasimir Kaskisuo would stop every shot on goal.

In the second period, at the 1:44 mark the Minnesota Wilderness would get a rolling puck goal accredited to #5 Lance Carney. In the third period, the Wings would surrender a goal at the 10:08 mark making it 2-0 Wilderness. Minnesota would also get an empty net goal as Aberdeen had the extra attacker.

Wings goaltender #30 Henry Dill stopped 26 of 28 shots.

The Aberdeen Wings are back in action again Saturday night against the Minnesota Wilderness at the Odde Ice Center. General admission tickets are $10, or call ahead for reserved seating $12, 605-280-5852.
