Soo Eagles travel to Port Huron to face first-place Falcons

The Soo Eagles look to rebound this weekend, on the road, as they travel to Port Huron, to take on the North Division leading Fighting Falcons, this Friday and Saturday at the McMorran Arena. Game time is 7 p.m. both nights, and you can catch the action live or on-demand, at www.fasthockey.com.

The Eagles currently sit in fifth place in the North American Hockey League's North Division (7-8-3) and are 9 points behind Port Huron (11-2-4).

The Eagles are led in scoring by forward Ryan Urso, who has four goals and 9 assists this season. AJ Jarosz is (3-9- 12) and Jacob McDowell is (8-3- 11).

The Fighting Falcons are led is scoring by Mitch Maloney, who has seven goals and eight assists this season. Zach Badalamenti is (4-9- 13) and Alex Archibald is (3-9- 12).

Soo Eagles goaltender Colin Brennan, carries a 4-3-0-2 record into this weekend's series, with a goals against average of 2.51 and a save percentage of .923. Paige Skoog is 3-5-0-1 with a GAA of 2.39 and a SVP of .926.

Max Milosek is 4-2-2-2 in net for Port Huron, with a goals against average of 2.84 and a save percentage of .913. Alex Blankenburg is 7-0-0-0, with a GAA of 1.45 and a SVP of .946.

These two teams met back in Sault Ste. Marie on October 4-5. With the Eagles taking a 3-2 shootout victory, and the Fighting Falcons earning a 2-1 win. These teams will meet eight more times this season, including the next series on December 20-21 in Port Huron.
