
Wild Things Clinch Playoff Berth with Victory over Roosters

Washington, PA -- The Washington Wild Things, presented by Washington Federal Savings Bank, shut the Richmond Roosters out 9-0 Tuesday night, clinching a berth in the Frontier League Playoffs.
Dave Bradley (10-5) pitched seven scoreless innings, giving up six hits, walking three, and striking out 10. Bake Leonards pitched the eighth and Anthony Kozol pitched the ninth.
Mike Cunningham went three for three with four runs scored.
The Wild Things move to 51-32 for the season, and will continue their drive toward recapturing the East Division Crown.
The Wild Things face the Roosters for the second of their three game series Wednesday. First pitch is scheduled for 7:35 (EST).
