
Otters Come Back to Win Game Two

Evansville â The Evansville Otters (51-33) defeated the Florence Freedom (25-60) in both games of their doubleheader on Tuesday night. The Freedom failed to score a single run in either match-up. In game two, Steven Faulkner (5-4) pitched a complete game shut-out. In seven innings, he gave up only four hits while striking out six.
The Otters also broke their all-time attendance record on Wednesday night. The former record, set in 1999, was 111,039. As of Wednesday night's game, the new attendance record is 112,544.
The Otters and Freedom continue their four game series on Wednesday night with game three. Game time is 7:05 and Wednesday is Middle School Night, sponsored by B & B body shop. Tickets are still available and can be purchased by calling (812) 435-8686.
