WHL Extends Regular Season by Two Weeks; Three Broncos Games Rescheduled

Swift Current, Sask. - On February 16, 2022 the Canadian Hockey League announced new dates for the 2022 Memorial Cup presented by Kia, and as a result, the Western Hockey League has extended the 2021-22 regular season by two weeks and has rescheduled a number of games, including three Swift Current Broncos games. A detailed announcement from the WHL on the update to the 21-22 season will be made later today.

The Broncos home game on Monday, March 7 against the Regina Pats (Game #17, originally scheduled on December 31, 2021) has been rescheduled for Friday, April 8 at the Innovation Credit Union iPlex.

The Broncos road game in Prince Albert, scheduled for Monday, March 14 has been rescheduled for Wednesday, March 16 in Prince Albert.

The Broncos home game on March 16 against the Prince Albert Raiders (Game #18, originally scheduled on January 7, 2022) has been rescheduled for Friday, April 15 at the Innovation Credit Union iPlex.

Fans who purchased tickets for home games #17 and #18 (either the originally scheduled dates, or the initial rescheduled dates) can use them for the newly-scheduled dates.
