Silvertips Finalize Adjusted Schedule Ahead of WHL Playoffs

EVERETT, Wash. - The Everett Silvertips and the Western Hockey League have finalized their adjusted schedule for the 2021-22 season heading into the WHL Playoffs.

The Silvertips, who had three games to be rescheduled due to weather postponements earlier in the year, will now finish their regular season on April 15th.

The schedule changes are as follows (Home dates bolded):

Friday, Jan. 7 at Spokane -- RESCHEDULED TO WEDNESDAY, APR. 6, 7:05 P.M.

Saturday, Jan. 8 at Tri-City -- RESCHEDULED TO SATURDAY, APR. 16, 7:05 P.M.

Sunday, Jan. 9 vs Tri-City -- RESCHEDULED TO FRIDAY, APR. 8, 7:05 P.M.

Wednesday, Mar. 2 at Portland -- RESCHEDULED TO FRIDAY, APR. 15, 7 P.M.

Sunday, Apr. 3 at Seattle -- RESCHEDULED TO SUNDAY, APR. 10, 5:05 P.M.

The 2021-22 WHL Regular Season is now scheduled to conclude on Sunday, April 17. Should tie-breaker game(s) be needed, it will be scheduled for Tuesday, April 19.

The 2022 WHL Playoffs will feature the reintroduction of the Conference Playoff format, including three best-of-seven rounds followed by a best-of-seven WHL Championship Series. The 2022 WHL Championship is scheduled from Friday, June 3 through Tuesday, June 14. More information on the WHL Playoff format can be found HERE.

Following the 2022 WHL Championship Series, the 2022 Memorial Cup presented by Kia will be contested from Monday, June 20 through Wednesday, June 29 in Saint John, N.B.
