The Waterloo Bucks (27-28, 7-12) fell 12-2 to the Eau Claire Express (31-24, 12-7) on the road late Thursday evening. No-hit through four and a third, the Bucks struck out 8 times and went 1-8 with runners in scoring position.
Tony Jenkins (1-3, R, 2B, RBI, SF) played a part in both of Waterloo's runs, scoring on a Patrick Ferguson (1-4, 2B, RBI) double in the sixth and knocking in Alonzo Rubalcaba (0-3, BB, R) with a sacrifice fly during the eighth.
Waterloo and Eau Claire end their two-game series Friday at 7:05 p.m. on the Bucks Radio Network powered by 1650 The Fan.
