PORTLAND, ME. - The Santa Cruz Warriors defeated the Maine Red Claws Friday 101-88, improving to 12-6 on the season.

Aaron Craft led the Warriors with a career-high 22 points, 4, rebounds, and 5 assists on a 9 of 14 shooting effort. James Michael McAdoo notched a double-double, recording 17 points and 12 rebounds, with 4 blocked shots. Ognjen Kuzmic, on assignment from the Golden State Warriors, also recorded a double-double, with 12 points and 12 rebounds. Sean Kilpatrick had 17 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists in the victory over the Red Claws.

Tim Frazier paced Maine, posting a game-high 23 points and 8 assists. Chris Babb tallied 18 points on a 6 of 9 shooting effort, while Omari Johnson added 14.

Santa Cruz came out sharpshooting, finishing with 49% from the field and keeping Maine to a season low shooting percentage of 36%. The Warriors would take the lead in the first quarter, never to give up the scoring edge for the remainder of the game.

Santa Cruz out-rebounded Maine"‹ (55-34), had more blocked shots (8-1), and had more assists (19-16). Maine made more three-point shots (12-7) and had fewer turnovers (13-18).
