Walleye Ink Former Bowling Green Falcon David Solway

(Toledo, OH) - The Toledo Walleye and head Coach Nick Vitucci announced today that the team has signed forward David Solway to a contract.
Solway has spent the last four seasons with the Bowling Green Falcons of the CCHA. David served as team captain for the 2010-11 season and finished the year with 5 goals and 16 assists. He is one of 11 candidates for the CCHA-Scholar Athlete of the year award. Solway appeared in 146 games game with the Falcons.
The Toledo Walleye will be back at home Friday, March 18th at 7:00 PM vs. the South Carolina Stingrays at the Huntington Center. Tickets are on sale for that contest and all remaining home games. Fans can call (419) 725-WALL or visit www.toledowalleye.com for more information.
