GREENVILLE, SC - In the fifth edition of "The Road Ahead," you will find out everything that is going on this week with your Greenville Road Warriors, on and off the ice. HOME GAMES THIS WEEK

Road Warriors vs. Cincinnati Cyclones
St. Patty's Day
Come out wearing green to celebrate St. Patty's Day with the Greenville Road Warriors. Your players will be wearing specialty green jerseys all weekend that will be auctioned off after Saturday's game! Every Thursday night at the BI-LO Center is Dollar Drink Night, where you can get select draft beers and fountain drinks for just $1! Playing next to the dollar beer stand behind section 106 will be Archer vs. Gunman, a new and local band that is rapidly gaining popularity and critical acclaim. Don't miss your chance to watch them play on the concourse before the game and during intermissions.
Friday, March 18th at 7:05pm
Road Warriors vs. Cincinnati Cyclones
High School Face Off
The next night is High School Faceoff, where high school students of the Upstate will battle it out for bragging rights to see which school can draw the biggest crowd. We will also be honoring the Greenville North High School Hockey Team, who have just recently won the South Carolina State Championship, and are going on to represent the state in the National Championship in Chicago March 23-27. This is also a Spinx Friday Family Four Pack, where you can purchase four gold-level tickets, four hot dogs, four bags of chips, four pretzels, and four fountain drinks for just $48 (normally a $83 value)! Six select players will also be raising money to benefit the St. Baldrick's Foundation fundraising challenge. Donations will be collected on the concourse from fans, and the player with the most money raised will have their head shaved in support of the cause (all funds raised by St. Baldrick's Foundation benefits childhood cancer research).
Saturday, March 19th at 7:05pm
Road Warriors vs. Cincinnati Cyclones
Stork Night
The Road Warriors will end the 3-game series against Cincinnati by honoring our head coach Dean Stork, who helped lead the Cyclones to win the Kelly Cup last year as assistant coach. Coach Stork will be presented with his Championship Ring that evening, along with Jimmy Kilpatrick who played on the winning team. Also, the green St. Patrick's-themed jerseys that the players will be wearing for 3 games in a row will be up for grabs at a live auction immediately following the game. Fans can bid live on their favorite player's jersey worn at all three games and the winning bidders get to take the jersey home right off of the player's back!
EVENTS AND APPEARANCES THIS WEEK
Hockey Players for Kids (HP4K)
The Road Warriors are studying up before the big weekend! The players will be visiting Stone Academy Elementary, Chandler Creek Elementary, Taylors Elementary, Lakeview Middle, and Blue Ridge Middle School to teach the students about healthy eating and physical fitness as part of their Hockey Players for Kids program, facilitating the players to make a positive impact among children.
