
Walk-Off RBI Sac Fly Lifts Patriots to Victory

Bridgewater, NJ - The Somerset Patriots (8-5) shutout the Bridgeport Bluefish (7-6) 1-0 in 10 innings Friday night from TD Bank Ballpark. Designated hitter Thomas Neal hit a RBI sacrifice fly to propel the Patriots to their fourth straight home victory.
It was Somerset's fourth win in their final at bat this season and second walk-off win this week.
Edwin Quirarte (1-0) earned the win in relief. David Fischer (0-1) suffered the loss in relief.
The 2015 Somerset Patriots season presented by Ford will continue tomorrow night when the Patriots remain at TD Bank Ballpark for a 7:05 p.m. game against the Bridgeport Bluefish. For tickets, call 908-252-0700 or visit www.somersetpatriots.com.
