CHARLESTON, WV - A two-run 6th inning and three hitless innings from the bullpen was enough to propel West Virginia to a 4-3 win over the BlueClaws on Saturday night at Appalachian Power Park, handing Lakewood their 7th straight loss.

After a lead-off double by JaCoby Jones in the 6th, trailing 3-2, Ashley Ponce double him in to tie the game. Will Morris then came on for Lakewood starter Tyler Viza, but with two outs allowed a base hit to Jeff Roy to give West Virginia the lead.
