U.S. Army Recruiters to Have Ceremony Prior to Friday\'s Game

Johnstown, PA- The Johnstown Chiefs announced today that prior to Friday night's game versus the Dayton Bombers; local United States Army recruiters will be holding a ceremony celebrating the oath of enlistment into the U.S. Army.

Over 30 young men and women from all over Western Pennsylvania will complete their oath of enlistment, administrated by LTC Diana Martino, during the pre-game show.

According to CPT Donald A Korpi, Indiana company commander, "Future Soldiers Functions provide a great opportunity to re-enforce Army values, conduct pre-entry level training, and recognize soldiers and families for their sacrifice and wiliness to serve their country."

The Indiana Recruiting Company serves Western Pennsylvania providing future soldiers for Regular Army and Army Reserves, covering over 5,000 square miles and 14 counties. For information on the Army and Army Reserve contact SFC Flynn at 1-814-269-3673 or stop by your local recruiting office.

The next designated sellout night sponsored by "Your Neighborhood Ford Store," is on Friday, November 26th, when the Chiefs host the Toledo Storm.
