
Subway Alumni Game Set For Saturday, February 26th

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots announced today that the Subway Alumni Game will take place on Saturday, February 26th at 5:05 p.m. right before the Ice Pilots home game vs. the Mississippi Sea Wolves at 7:05 p.m.
The Subway Alumni game will feature past Ice Pilots players and will include members of the Jr. Ice Pilots and Senior League and local media personnel. Ice Pilots alumni Shane Calder, Chad Quenneville, Scott Malone, Scott LaGrand, Kelly Hultgren and Andrew Rodgers will participate in the game. Other alumni members are expected to be added to the game throughout the season.
The Ice Pilots will also begin a Hall of Fame as a couple of players will be inducted into the Ice Pilots Hall of Fame with a banner with the players names on it sponsored by Subway during the intermission of the Ice Pilots game vs. Mississippi on Subway Alumni Night, February 26th.
Fans will have the opportunity to vote for their top ten players on who they think should be inducted into the Ice Pilots Hall of Fame and have their name on the Subway Hall of Fame banner by going to the Ice Pilots website at www.icepilots.com. A separate announcement will be made when voting begins. Voting will continue until the end of December to narrow the list down to ten alumni players and than another voting will take place to pick the two or three alumni players to be inducted on the Subway Hall of Fame banner.
Fans can purchase individual game tickets for the Ice Pilots home games in person at the Civic Center box office, at any Ticketmaster location, Charge by Phone at 434-7444 or through the Ice Pilots website at www.icepilots.com. For group tickets, season tickets and birthday parties, fans can call the Ice Pilots at 432-PUCK.
The Ice Pilots will begin a three game road trip this Friday night playing at Texas at 7:05 p.m. Fans will have the opportunity to watch the game at www.icepilots.com by pay per view webcast with B2 Networks. The cost is $6. Fans can also listen to the game beginning with the pre-game show on flagship radio station AM 1620, www.icepilots.com sponsored by Sports Avenue and on Cox Communications channel 2.
The Ice Pilots next two home games are Saturday, November 27 vs. Greenville at 7:05 p.m. and Sunday, November 28 vs. Las Vegas at 5:05 p.m. The Ice Pilots will be honoring students and teachers from the Escambia and Santa Rosa County on both Saturday and Sunday. Sunday is also Family Day. Fans can purchase 4 upper level tickets, 4 hot dogs and 4 sodas for $44.
