INDIANAPOLIS - Steve Lombardozzi tied the game with a two-run single in the bottom of the eighth, Gorkys Hernandez drew a bases-loaded walk in the ninth and the Indianapolis Indians walked off the Gwinnett Braves 4-3 on Saturday night at Victory Field.

Braves pitchers Greg Smith and Alex White combined to retire the first 17 Tribe batters before Jaff Decker broke Gwinnett's stretch with a pinch-hit home run in the bottom of the sixth.

Pedro Florimon hit a leadoff single in the eighth and Hernandez followed with his first walk of the night to set the table for Lombardozzi. At 0-for-3 in the game and with two outs already in the inning, Lombardozzi tied the game 3-3 with a clutch line drive that landed in center field.

The Tribe (40-24) forced the Braves (30-31) into their decision to intentionally walk the bases loaded after Mel Rojas Jr. doubled to put two runners in scoring position with only one out.

Once Florimon took his free base, Hernandez watched the eighth pitch of his at-bat go high and inside to bring home Sanchez as the game-winner.
