(Gesa Stadium - Pasco, WA) - Four straight walks from the Canadians bullpen allowed the Tri-City Dust Devils to collect a trio of runs helping them to a 7-4 win over Vancouver (0-2) on Wednesday night in Pasco, WA in front of 1,705 fans.

The Canadians opened the scoring in the top of the 1st inning when 2B Jon Berti doubled off of Tri-City starter RHP Chris Jensen before coming around to score on a groundout from CF Jon Jones giving the C's an early 1-0 lead.

Tri-City got their first run of the night in the bottom of the 2nd inning when SS Taylor Featherston singled off of Canadians starter RHP Kramer Champlin before scoring on an RBI double off the bat of 3B Jason Langfels evening the game at 1-1.

Vancouver grabbed a pair of runs in the top of the 3rd inning when SS Shane Opitz would reach on a Fielder's Choice and eventually come around to score along with 2B Jon Berti as part of a two-run inning that put the Canadians up by two.

The Dust Devils had an answer for all of Vancouver's offense as the home team plated a pair in the bottom of the 4th inning. C Ryan Casteel would double to lead off the frame before scoring on a single from 3B Jason Langfels who would also come around to count on a sacrifice fly from CF Brian Humphries tying the game at 3-3.

Vancouver's bullpen would disintegrate in the bottom of the 6th inning as reliever RHP Brandon Kaye would come in and walk the bases loaded before giving way to LHP Alex Pepe who uncorked a wild pitch scoring C Ryan Casteel before he eventually walked LF Jaron Sheppard to reload the bases. A single from CF Brian Humphries scored both SS Taylor Featherston and 3B Jason Langfels helped the Dust Devils to a 6-3 lead.
