Tri-City Storm Acquires Fourth-Round Pick in 2016 USHL Draft

Kearney, Neb. - The Tri-City Storm has acquired a fourth-round pick in Phase II of the 2016 USHL Draft and future considerations from the Chicago Steel in exchange for Reilly Walsh.

A 17-year-old defenseman from Andover, New Hampshire, Walsh played in two games with the Storm this season, recording two points and a minus-one rating.

The fourth-round pick originally belonged to the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders.

Phase I of the 2016 USHL Draft is Monday, May 2 at 6 p.m. and can be seen on USHL.com. Phase II is Tuesday, May 3. Stormhockey.com and the Storm's social media pages will have details on Tri-City's selections.

Game 3 is set for Friday, May 6 at 7:05 p.m. in Waterloo at Young Arena. Game 4 is Saturday, May 7 at 7:05 p.m., if necessary, in Waterloo.

The Storm is home for Game 5, if necessary, on Tuesday, May 10 at 7:05 p.m.
